Western HMOs are supported by dedicated staff from the Medical Education Unit, with unit specific weekly education on each rotation and dedicated weekly HMO teaching in most units. Nominate your preferred stream when applying only one application is required even if you are interested in multiple streams.

Please note: Austin Health offers multi-year contracts for succcessfully matched HMO2 candidates candidates will have the option to accept a one, two or three year appointment, depending on their training stream. Please refer to our Information Guides due to be published in May for further details on rotational and training opportunities within each stream.
