In the case that the county which the school resides in does not have a Science Olympiad Regional Program, they may participate in a Regional Tournament with the permission of the Regional Director of that tournament and the State Director. Please see the county maps above. How many teams can a school have?
If a team wishes to compete at an Invitational Tournament, it is required to compete in the Regional Tournament. The only exception is if the number of registered teams from the school exceeds the maximum number of teams per school allowed at that Regional Tournament. For the Season, there is no limit to the number of teams from each school. What is our information used for?
