Where are you form City, Country. Philadelphia gave us great honeymoon moments. Morris Arboretum is an amazing urban oasis filled with quiet beauty and tranquility! It is a delightful departure from the tourist stuff offered by Philadelphia. It is beautiful to have the driveway through the garden paths, and totally enjoyable from any vantage point along the way.

And the Monk cafe is great place to spend some relaxing time. My wife and I spent a wonderful evening there. Beer selection is awesome! Food is good yummy. Though if you need a break to regroup or relax, you can also make the beautiful Rittenhouse Square or the historical Washington Square Park your pit-stop. Both are great places to people watch, as locals and tourists merge, festivals around the city create the most beautiful background noise, and history surrounds you. If you are a lover of literature, this is definitely a bucket list stop, along with the nearby Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site for the gothic horror poetry fan.

You might just find yourself returning with your spouse every year to pick out a gem or two. You cannot skip out on these tourist spots. They are worth every visit, all of which will give you an even deeper appreciation for not only this city but this country.

The menu is quite good and the live music is fantastic. For a hidden gem when it comes to desserts, visit Cake and the Beanstalk. And of course, no Philly food trip is complete without a trip to Reading Terminal Market.
